COOPERATION PROCESS

At Aurora, we build a transparent, flexible, and professional workflow to ensure a seamless experience for every client — from the initial consultation to product delivery and after-sales service.
- Receive detailed information on product type, quantity, and intended use.
- Recommend suitable product lines, formats, and technical specifications.
- Provide support for export requirements, logistics, and international trade procedures.
- Supply real product samples upon request.
- Include all relevant certificates, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Offer customized options for color, fineness, whiteness, thickness, or marble vein design.
- Provide a detailed quotation based on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) along with payment policies.
- Finalize delivery schedule, packaging, inspection, and after-sales terms.
- Sign a bilingual international trade contract (Vietnamese/English).
- Manufacture and process orders using the Hosokawa Alpine (Germany) production line.
- Conduct strict quality checks (D50, D97, whiteness, moisture, etc.) in compliance with ISO standards.
- Prepare and submit all export documentation prior to shipment.
- Assist with customs declarations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor and update shipping progress throughout the journey.
- Ensure on-time delivery as committed.
- Provide technical support during product application (if required).
- Maintain transparent issue resolution and responsive communication.
- Offer periodic product updates and exclusive incentives for long-term partners.
